Our family began vacationing at Moonspinner in 1985. We started out in a pop-up camper at St. Andrews State Park. The next year my parents came with us and stayed at the closest condo to the park - which was Moonspinner. By the second night, our three daughters had moved into the Moonspinner with my Mom and Dad. By the third night we parked the camper in the parking lot at Moonspinner and we ALL moved in with my Mom and Dad! We just loved everything about Moonspinner, and you could walk right next door into the sanctuary of St. Andrews park and enjoy everything that the state's #1 park has to offer. I always have dreamed of owning a condo at Moonspinner, but it was not always in our budget. We started small, and now own condos at Calypso and Origin. We are retired now, and keep busy with 10 grandchildren, who LOVE to come to the beach! My 92 year old Dad (the one who started all of this with my Mom, who went to heaven last year) is so happy that I finally have my special place in the sun at Moonspinner. He is looking forward to spending time on the shady patio watching his great-grandchildren at the pool. Family has always come first in our lives - we are blessed. Dreams DO come true! WE WOULD LOVE TO SHARE OUR FLIP FLOPS ON THE MOON WITH YOUR FAMILY!

Moonspinner was the first condo I had ever stayed in. It is, and has always been, my favorite because you can walk into the park (right next door) and feel like you are stepping back in time and into nature. The sand is whiter, the shells are more plentiful, and the water always seems to be more crystal clear here than anywhere else on Panama City Beach. AND you are only minutes away from world class dining and entertainment! Vacationing at First Floor Moonspinner is truly the best of both worlds. Staying at FLIP FLOPS ON THE MOON is pure relaxation.... A land of Ahhhhhhhhhs!

What makes this Condo unique?

Being able to walk right out our door to the pool and beach was important to us. It feels more like a beach house, than a condo. We wake up to the warmth of the Florida sun and walk to the Jetties every morning! There are lots of shells to be collected and dolphins to enjoy. The beach has a magical feel early in the morning when your footprints are the first in the sand! PEACE, LOVE AND SANDY FEET = PARADISE!
